Are you unsure of your career path? Are you wondering if the classes and internships taken in college are actually heading you in the direction you wish to go? What happens if you have changed your mind along the way? How do you know if you made the best choice or if you need to make a course correction?
For Experienced Professionals
You are an experienced professional; however, the profession has changed. Over time, you have changed. There are parts of your job you still love but not quite so much as before. How do you decide what to do next? Do you find something new to do or do you find a way to stay in your chosen career but in a new way?
Solution and How It’s Delivered:
In this workshop, you will complete the Strong Interest Inventory. Working with Ruth, you will take an in-depth look at both your report and your life to understand how you are currently living and how to find professions where you can be your best self. Or, using your Strong results, you can design your dream job.
What You Will Learn
After the workshop you will be able to answer the following important questions:
What motivates me to do my best?
What exactly do I want to do?
What workplaces will be the best fit for me?
What can I contribute or What problems do I like to solve?
At the end of the workshop, you will have new insights and data points for a Career Action Plan. If you wish to continue working with Ruth, you will work together on the Action Plan.
